These terms govern your use of Gobanimo Microfinance's website, app, and services. By using them, you agree to these terms. This is a plain-language summary for this demonstration and is not legal advice.
1. Eligibility
You must provide accurate information and complete identity verification (KYC). Services are available to eligible customers in our operating areas.
2. Our services
- Sharia-compliant financing for borrowers (Mudaraba, Murabaha, Ijara).
- Mudaraba investment placements, where you receive 90% of net profit and Gobanimo Microfinance earns a 10% management share.
- Fund management as a service for institutions.
3. Decisions and approval
Automated systems prepare applications, but a Gobanimo Microfinance officer makes every final financing decision. Submitting a request is not an approval or guarantee of funding.
4. Investment risk
Mudaraba is profit-and-loss sharing. Projections shown in our tools are illustrative, based on forecast portfolio returns; actual results vary and your capital is at risk. Nothing here is an offer of securities or a guaranteed return.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful information and keep your account secure.
- Use the services lawfully and for their intended purpose.
- Repay financing according to agreed terms.
6. Fees
Applicable profit-sharing ratios, markups, lease terms, or management fees are disclosed transparently before you commit. There are no hidden charges.
7. Liability
Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
